Harmont
The Harmont Residence went through a truly grand transformation. Starting off as the ugly ducking of the block, this home quickly emerged with a brand new look. Clean, crisp, with great lines, yet still fit the neighborhood perfectly. Something everyone appreciated, this truly was a labor of love.
Quarry
We’re proud of all of our projects, but sometimes you have ones that you feel especially proud of. This is one of those projects. We went with an elegant theme, and after completing this one-of-a-kind backyard remodel, we opened up the house to the outdoor environment created which allowed the whole property to come alive.
Palm Canyon
Simple, Clean, and Award Winning! Nothing was out of bounds on this one. The minimalistic interior with custom one-off handcrafted features, sandblasted block, and smooth clean cabinets, was everything the Client desired and more. This is what happens when Nucleus Construction and Cody Carpenter get to express creative freedom in their work. The only aspect that stayed the same on this project was the beautiful view.
Fourteen
This one is more than meets the eye… While the outside remained a mixture of ranch and country manner to satisfy the neighborhood, the inside was transformed into a modern and kid friendly affaire. We Started with the addition of bedrooms and a family room. Then added a library to keep the kids happy and gave mom a kitchen to be proud of with colorful accents and Custom Concrete Countertops.
Manzanita
This project was truly fun. We decided to go over the top with a modern remodel and addition, tapping into the strong community of buyers for modern homes. The house itself was modest in size, however, the amount of detail into the finishes, sold the house before it was done. You’ll notice the amount of steel used was extensive, we even sand blasted and surfaced rusted the main electrical panel to a unique patina finish. No detail left out.
Vault Door
This was an old turn of the century vault door used at a bank. Found at the bottom of a flooded basement broken and in bad shape, as soon as we saw it, we knew we had to rescue it. We got to work researching its history and accessing the condition. Right away we knew this project would require an extensive amount of work in order to have the door look the way we desired. After completely replacing the frame of the door, a large amount of body work, paint and pinstriping, we added a modern lockset for convenience. Once again, we were able to breath new life into a piece of Americana Art, built by craftsmen of its day. Quick insight- The first day we were working on the door we noticed something amazing… The door had no welds, none. Instead, the entire door was hot riveted together like a ship from that era. Talk about Craftsmen, our great grandparents were amazing.
Panic Room / Vault
Located in a specialty built basement retreat, a vintage bank vault door restored & modified to function not only as a vault, but a panic room to protect the homeowners. From the custom locking mechanism to the classic pin-stripping, this installation is sure to provide peace of mind for the client and his family for years to come. Truly a fun project.
